Shanghai Dongxu Imp&EXp Corp. was
first set up in April 1988 and named Shanghai Computer Software
Technology Imp&Exp cop. and was approved by the Ministry
of Foreign Trade and Economics.The business scope was autonomous
business and agency service dealing with computer software related
products.It was also involved in software development and sales.
With the opening of China's economy, the company expanded
its business scope. Now it also deals with light industry products,mechanical
products,garments,chemicals and crafts.In Sept. 1997's reevaluation
of trading companies,the company was listed as one of the 47
companies that were allowed to expand business scope.In addition
to autonomous business and agency service,it also processes
materials,assembles parts and components supplied by clients
and processes materials according to buyer's sample,and conducts
compensation trade.The company changed its name to Shanghai
Dongxu Imp& Exp Co.in2001. |
